2. JAFFA Acrylic Solution

2.1 Illuminated Bar Main Structure

• Materials: High-transparency frosted PMMA panels + Concealed RGBW LED strip system
  • 12mm-thick high-clarity acrylic was used for the bar’s exterior, with internal frosting treatment to ensure uniform light diffusion and eliminate glare.
  • Custom U-shaped acrylic grooves were fabricated to house RGBW LED strips, enabling precise control over color and brightness.
  • A fire-resistant, wear-resistant countertop was seamlessly bonded to the acrylic body, prioritizing both safety and durability for high-traffic use.
