1. What design materials are needed to customize acrylic installation art? Answer: 3 core types of materials are required: ① Artistic shape drawings (CAD drawings and high-definition renderings are preferred; if there are no drawings, hand-drawn drafts + detailed size/detail annotations can be provided); ② Process and color requirements (clarify surface process, color matching, whether luminous is needed, splicing method, etc.); ③ Scene description (indoor/outdoor, installation location, display environment), to adapt materials and performance and restore the original artistic design intention.

2. Can complex special-shaped acrylic installation art accurately restore the designed shape? Answer: Yes. We have a professional art processing team. According to accurate drawings, we can accurately restore the details such as special-shaped radians, edges and textures through various processes such as CNC cutting, hot bending and manual polishing; for complex shapes, a 1:10 small-size sample will be made first, and batch/overall processing will be carried out only after confirming the artistic details are correct, ensuring high consistency with the design drawing.

3. Will outdoor acrylic installation art turn yellow, fade or crack? Answer: No. UV-resistant acrylic material is used by default for outdoor customization, and additional UV-resistant and waterproof coatings can be sprayed, which can effectively resist ultraviolet radiation, sun and rain, and air pollution, avoiding material yellowing, fading of artistic colors and shape cracking; normal display can reach a service life of 7-10 years, and regular maintenance can extend it to 12 years without affecting the artistic presentation effect.

4. Will the overall artistic effect be affected after splicing large-scale acrylic installation art (≥200cm)? Answer: No. Large-scale installations adopt seamless splicing or invisible splicing technology. The splicing joints are treated by high-temperature fusion, fine polishing and artistic processing, which can completely hide the seams and integrate with the overall shape visually; if the design requires, the splicing joints can also be integrated into the artistic shape (such as color transition, texture connection), which not only does not affect the effect, but also enriches the installation layers.

5. Can artistic patterns and textures be accurately restored through UV printing/embossing process? Answer: Yes.
