1. What is the minimum order quantity for custom acrylic products?
Answer: The minimum order quantity for regular sizes (flat plate, regular color) is 1㎡; the minimum order quantity for special shapes, special colors and special processes (such as custom color numbers, complex special shapes) is 2-3㎡, which can be adjusted according to the complexity of the shape.
2. How long does the customization cycle take?
Answer: The cycle for regular customization (flat plate, regular color/process) is 7-15 working days; the cycle for complex special shapes, large-size splicing and special processes (such as large UV printing patterns, complex arcs) is 15-25 working days. Urgent orders can be shortened through negotiation (the fastest is 5 working days, and an additional urgent fee is required).
3. What information is needed for customization?
Answer: 3 core types of information are required: ① Size parameters (length, width, thickness, accurate to mm); ② Shape drawings (CAD drawings are preferred; if there are no drawings, clear renderings + detailed dimension marks can be provided); ③ Demand description (material grade, surface process, color, whether splicing is needed, use scenario, etc.) to avoid delays due to later modifications.
4. Can custom acrylic products be modified or returned after customization?
Answer: No. Since they are customized on demand (size, shape and process are exclusive requirements), they cannot be modified or returned once processing starts; it is recommended to confirm the drawings and requirements before customization. We will provide a confirmation sample (small-size sample) before processing, and mass production will be carried out only after confirmation.
