The sample fee for regular models is 50-100 yuan/piece (adjusted according to size and material), and 100-300 yuan/piece for special custom models (special-shaped, gradient). The sample fee can be fully deducted from the subsequent bulk order (order quantity ≥ MOQ). The sample lead time is 5-7 days (regular model) and 7-10 days (special model).

A: All products are made of food-grade high-transparency acrylic, complying with national GB/T 7134-2008 environmental standards, non-toxic, odorless and formaldehyde-free. Material test reports and environmental protection qualification certificates can be provided, suitable for commercial scenarios with qualification requirements such as maternal and infant products, beauty, and high-end hotels, helping customers enter supermarkets and operate in compliance.

A: Shockproof pearl cotton + thickened hard carton packaging is adopted, and the damage rate during bulk transportation is controlled within 1%. Customers need to check and verify within 3 days after receiving the goods. After confirming the number of damaged products, we will freely reissue the corresponding number of products (no cost to the customer). If the damage rate exceeds 1%, we can negotiate reissue or deduct the corresponding payment.

A: After the order is confirmed, if production has not started, all customization parameters (size, color, LOGO, etc.) can be modified free of charge. If production has started, it needs to be negotiated according to the production progress. If material and craftsmanship loss occurs, a small loss fee will be charged (the specific amount will be confirmed in advance). It is recommended that customers check the CAD drawings in advance to avoid repeated modifications affecting the lead time.

A: Two payment methods are supported: 1. Regular payment: Prepay 30% deposit. After production is completed, the customer inspects the sample (or real-shot picture). After confirmation, pay 70% balance, and the goods will be shipped after the balance is received. 2. Long-term cooperative customers (more than 3 bulk purchases): Installment payment can be applied (prepay 20%, and pay the balance within 30 days after shipment), which can be negotiated in detail.

A: OEM service is supported. Customers can provide their own brand LOGO and product label design draft, and we are responsible for printing/engraving the LOGO on the product and packaging, with no additional OEM fee. OEM needs to meet the corresponding MOQ requirements (≥50 pieces for regular models, ≥100 pieces for special-shaped models). Long-term OEM can provide label design optimization and integrated packaging customization services.

A: Under normal commercial scenarios (avoid scratching by sharp objects and high-temperature exposure), the service life of the product can reach 3-5 years. Bulk orders provide 1-year free after-sales maintenance service (non-man-made damage, such as splicing cracks, material yellowing and other quality problems), and the logistics cost for maintenance is borne by us. After more than 1 year, paid maintenance service can be provided (a small amount of material and craftsmanship fee is charged).
