JAFFA Acrylic Linear Skylight Dome is a minimalist daylighting system custom-designed for high-end residences, commercial spaces, offices, and public buildings. Crafted from high-weatherability ultra-transparent acrylic panels, combined with integrated metal edging and hidden lighting design, we create a linear skylight that combines ultimate transparency with spatial aesthetics. Breaking the form limitations of traditional skylights, it allows natural light to penetrate the interior in a linear form, creating a high-end light and shadow effect of "sky light entering the room". It is widely used in high-ceilinged spaces, corridors, living rooms, office lobbies and other scenarios.

• Ultimate Transparent Daylighting: Ultra-white high-transparent acrylic panels with a light transmittance of 92% and no optical distortion, paired with a narrow frame design, maximize the display of the sky view. Sufficient natural lighting can be achieved without artificial lighting during the day, which is energy-saving and high-end.
• Light and Shadow Aesthetic Design: The linear and slender shape adapts to various spatial moving lines. With the support of hidden LED ambient lights, it introduces natural light during the day and transforms into a linear light and shadow installation at night, realizing a spatial aesthetic experience of "double scenes day and night".

1. How is the waterproof performance of acrylic linear skylights compared to glass skylights?

   It is more advantageous. We precisely match the thermal expansion and contraction coefficient of acrylic panels with the sealing strips, combined with a hidden multi-channel waterproof sealing structure, which completely solves the water seepage problem of glass skylights that is prone to occur due to thermal expansion and contraction. The IP65 waterproof grade can cope with rainstorm weather.

2. How to realize the ventilation function of the linear skylight?

   Custom electric opening models are supported, and top-hung or sliding opening methods can be selected. The opening angle is adjustable from 0° to 60°. Equipped with a wind and rain sensor system, it can automatically close in case of rainstorm, taking into account ventilation and rain protection, and is suitable for residential and office spaces.

3. Will the acrylic panel turn yellow after long-term outdoor use?

   No. We use imported UV-resistant acrylic raw materials, which are treated with a special anti-ultraviolet coating. They will not turn yellow or atomize after more than 10 years of normal outdoor use, and always maintain a high-transparent texture, which is far superior to ordinary acrylic products.

4. Can it be adapted to the roof renovation of existing buildings?

   Yes. We will provide on-site survey services, design customized installation plans according to the existing roof structure, and adopt modular assembly, which can complete the installation of the skylight dome without large-scale demolition and reconstruction, and is suitable for the renovation of various new and old buildings.

5. What should be noted for daily cleaning and maintenance?

   For daily cleaning, wipe the acrylic surface with a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent, avoiding hard tools such as steel wool and scouring pads; the frame and sealing strips can be wiped with clean water regularly, and check the aging of the sealing strips every 2–3 years and replace them in time, with extremely low maintenance costs.
