1. Is the magnetic door of this storage cabinet easy to fall off? How is the dust-proof effect?

   Answer: Yes. The shelves feature a slot-in design for free height adjustment, accommodating large eyeshadow palettes/powders up to 5cm thick. You can flexibly adjust shelf spacing to maximize space utilization based on makeup sizes.
   
   
3. Can the magnetic door be removed for open storage during customization?

   
   

   Answer: Yes. Full-structure customization is supported. You can remove the magnetic door for open display, or add drawers/dividers to precisely match your storage habits and usage scenarios.
   
   
4. Is the acrylic surface prone to scratching? What should I pay attention to in daily use?

   
   

   Answer: The acrylic surface has certain scratch resistance and is not easily scratched in daily use. Avoid wiping with hard cloths/steel wool and contact with corrosive substances like strong acids/alkalis. Minor scratches can be repaired with polish.
   
   
5. How long is the customization cycle? Is expedited service supported?

   
   

   Answer: Regular customization (standard size, regular structure): 7-10 working days; complex customization (special size, multi-process combination, bulk orders): 10-18 working days. Expedited orders are supported, with the fastest delivery in 5 working days, subject to an additional expedited fee.
   
   
6. Are samples provided for bulk customization? Is the sample fee refundable?

   
   

   Answer: Customized samples are available. The sample fee is calculated based on process complexity (50-200 RMB/piece). If the subsequent bulk order quantity is ≥50 pieces, the sample fee can be fully deducted from the payment. Samples are shipped via SF Express for free to ensure quick confirmation.
   
   
7. How is the product packaged? Can it meet cross-border transportation needs?

   
   

   Answer: Export-grade customized packaging is adopted: independent pearl cotton wrapping + thickened hard carton + corner protection reinforcement, effectively resisting extrusion and collision during transportation. For cross-border orders, fumigated pallets and shipping marks can be added, fully meeting transportation requirements under trade terms such as FOB/CFR/CIF.
